During dinner today, my brother told me to take a look at xiaxue's blog knowing that I'm definitely not one of her blog readers because I don't really enjoy reading some of her nonsenses. But her recent entries about the election is really interesting.

There are so many ignorant Singaporeans and some really senseless ones being 100% against PAP. Kind of saddening you know? Because PAP did so much for us.

From all the rallies that I've heard so far, I know that the fight this year is really strong. The oppositions have a lot of supporters too. But think it this way, the oppositions can say anything they want and they can promise to give us everything under the sun. But the real question now is can they deliver all these promises? It's always easy to say but not as easy when coming to showing us results.

There is a reason why Singapore is always under PAP and it's not like we are under them for only a few years but A FEW DECADES. If the PAP were to be as bad as what the oppositions parties are saying, do you think we will still be under them until now? And I seriously seriously seriously hate it when those people only think about the mistakes PAP made and hates it even more when they start insulting MM Lee. I am someone who respects MM Lee a lot and started reading about him at the age of 7 "Growing up with Lee Kuan Yew" and at age of 14 read the memoris he wrote "The Singapore Story" and is currently saving up to get his new book "The Hard Truth". So it's really saddening that most of the Y-Generation now doesn't appreciate what MM Lee has done for us, he is someone who will never give up on Singapore even until the day he passes on. He is the father of Singapore, he made us what we are today. So please at least give him some due respect.

We should seriously start thinking carefully who we wna vote, Singapore is in the hands of the voters now. If you really think oppositions can do a better job, you better think twice or maybe trice.
