Baked for my boy's birthday ♥ but I'm feeling so remorseful that the cake didn't turn out well. My génoise failed to rise and the piping of the whipped cream was so sloppy! But hopefully he enjoyed the cake! I know I shouldn't be baking for such a joyful event with such a heavy heart, but I can't really help it. I promise I'll do a better job next time round. I am sure I will since I am going to have proper lessons and training over in Aust (:
I am so damn shag from going out everyday... I slept in till 4pm today. I think I am a pig. Hahahahhas.
